Can filling methods are divided into the following three categories

1. Isobaric filling principle: Isobaric can filling machinery is suitable for carbonated beverages, such as carbonated beverages, beer, etc. Before filling, the can filling machine first fills a certain pressure of carbon dioxide gas into the can to make the pressure in the can equal to the pressure in the filling machine cylinder, and then opens the filling valve. The beverage flows into the can under the action of gravity. When the liquid level reaches the set height, the filling valve automatically closes.

2. Normal pressure filling principle: For non-carbonated beverages, such as pure water, juice, etc., normal pressure filling is adopted. Normal pressure can filling equipment fills a certain amount of beverage into the can through a metering device. During the filling process, the can is in a normal pressure state.

3. Hot filling principle: First heat the beverage to a certain temperature (generally 85℃ - 95℃), then fill and cap it in a hot state, use the high temperature of the beverage itself to sterilize the can and its contents, and form a negative pressure after cooling to achieve a good sealing effect.
