CGF series drinking water filling machine integrates bottle washing, water filling and capping into one monobloc, and the three processes are carried out full automatically. It is used in the filling of mineral water, Mineral water, and other non-carbonated beverage. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel. The critical components are made by numerically-controlled machine tool, and the whole machine condition is under detection by photoelectric sensor, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. It is with advantages of high automation, easy operation, good abrasive resistance, high stability, low failure rate, etc.

The machine is used for producing drinking water in PET bottle, such as pure water, mineral water,natural water etc.Adopting hanging-neck technology,it can transfer the plastic bottle more stably and faster.The bottle is fed in by an air conveyor, transported by tapping the bottleneck, and then discharged through the conveyor chain, so you can easily change the size of the bottle.

Our bottled water filling machine uses the advanced capping system to achieve reliable capping and convenient magnetic torque adjustment.

Due to the adoption of frequency conversion motor+PLC+MMI, the capacity, shift production and failure alarm could be displayed on the screen for ease of operation.
