Description

The filling method is called the isobaric method. The isobaric method is also called the pressure gravity filling method, that is, under the conditions of higher atmospheric pressure, the packaging container is first inflated to form an equal air pressure with the liquid storage box, and then rely on the self-weight of the liquid to be poured into the packaging container. This method is widely used in the filling of gas-containing beverages, such as beer, soda, sparkling wine, etc. Using this method to fill can reduce the loss of CO2 contained in such products, and can prevent excessive foaming during the filling process and affect product quality and quantitative accuracy.

Filling: The pressure in the gas-containing beverage mixing tank is higher than the pressure inside the liquid cylinder of the filling machine. Under the pressure difference, the carbonated beverage automatically enters the liquid cylinder, relying on the high-low control device in the liquid cylinder to control whether the liquid is injected. The glass bottle filling machine includes three functions: bottle washing, filling and capping. The recycled glass bottles need to be disinfected and cleaned, small output can be manually soaked, disinfected and cleaned, large output needs to be fully automatic glass bottle cleaning equipment, and the cleaned empty bottles are sent to the three-in-one isobaric filling machine by the conveyor chain plate. It has an isobaric filling process, the bottle is first inflated inside, when the bottle and the cylinder gas pressure reaches the same, the filling valve is opened, and the filling begins, through the diverter device, the soft water slowly flows along the bottle wall to the bottom of the bottle, so that the foam will not be aroused, so the filling speed is much slower. Therefore, the really good isobaric filling machine, the filling speed should be fast, and there will be no foam, which is called technical strength. Release the high pressure at the top of the bottle before it is separated from the filling valve, otherwise the material in the bottle will be ejected.
